University and Education

National Chin - Yi University of Technology is a good one university at Taichung, Taiwan. Before me and my friends start to study the university have a time around two weeks for students shopping subjects that they want to learn. That it made us have a some problem about register class.


We thought we can come to joy the class doesn't do anything like our university, but it doesn't wrong. We must shop subjects that we have to learn and sign our name in each class for a teacher in each class permission our to joy the class. It made our worry in the first time, but we lucky that we have Lee to come with us. He can speak Chinese and he helps us passed in this situation.

For me, learning and teaching at here are quite different from my university. Mostly after teachers teach finish, they will give us discuss and share the information that we learn with other people in the classroom. They focus on practice more than teaching in the book, they like students show the opinion more than agree with the book. And I think that is very fun that share your idea with your friends. 

And for each subject, we use the time around two hours to learn and use one hour for doing the exam. It’s different my university from Thailand that uses the time around three hours to learn and do the exam around two hours. Which made me adjust when I do the exam. When we do the exam, Taiwanese students do the exam very fast because they used to do everything very fast.

The environment around the university is good. It's has a lot of trees and the weather is good. When I came here the weather is quite a little cool and windy, It's that good. I like it.
